Nine year old Jaylene became a huge Harry Potter fan and dreamt of visiting London and Platform 9 3/4. Unfortunately, going to London wasn't in the cards for her. Joe remembered the dream of this little girl and not only brought her to London, but brought her straight to Platform 9 3/4 where he kneeled and asked THE question.
Needless to stay, dreams came true on this day.
